Shiney Ahuja arrested allegedly for raping his maid,
will be produced in Mumbai's Andheri court.
The 19 year old maid lodged a complaint with the Oshiwara police station in Andheri (West) and police summoned Shiney Ahuja for questioning, a police official said.
The domestic help, who has been working at Ahuja's residence in suburban Oshiwara, alleged that the actor had raped her, who had been working at Ahuja's apartment for nearly a year
The house maid in her complaint had alleged that Ahuja raped her at his residence when they were alone. The maid was taken for medical test late last night.
Investigations were on, the official said, adding that he would be produced before a court in Andheri. Ahuja is married and is known for his roles in films like 'Hazaroon Khwaishe Aishi' and 'Gangster'.
