Chandni Chowk to China".
But we also get to see the Indian original of the lissom lass in the same flick. The age-old double role gimmick never fails to gather Indian audience, but the way Deepika Padukone's two avatars differ from each other is quite hard to believe, and even had some gossip-mongers whisper that a look-alike was roped in for the double-role.
However, the actor reveals the secret of those eyes being tweaked up and down role-wise.
"We had thought of using adhesive tapes on my face so that my eyes would stretch for the Chinese look initially, but it wasn't a good idea to use tapes. They're bad for the skin." Deepika said.
"My makeup artist came up with a simpler solution and used the eyeliner in such a way that it gave my eyes the Chinese tweak." She added.
Just an artist's brush stroke - and the Indian turned Chinese!
