No frumpy maternity frocks for her- Jennifer Lopez delivered another
killer fashion moment at the ā??Movie Rocksā? event in Hollywood last
night. It's the first time we've seen her out since she officially
announced last month - what everyone already knew - she's pregnant.
The mama-to-be has gotten a lot bigger and is more beautiful than
ever. She didn't need a spray tan - she had that natural glow working.
She wore her hair in long, loose curls, which complimented her white
flowy one shouldered goddess gown. She didn't perform, but did present
a couple of times and the second time, for the show finale, she messed
up a little when she couldn't read the teleprompter. She laughed about
it and started over.
She and Marc had primo seats where they could check out all the
action and they whispered in each other's ears during the entire event.
A lot of the performers, including Beyonce, Usher
and Jennifer Hudson got massive standing ovations and you could tell
Jennifer wanted to get up - she clapped her hands above her head to
show her support. She did get up for the standing ovation for composer
John Williams and she had to struggle a bit to get out of her seat.
When Marc Anthony performed a salsa-fied version of "Mrs. Robinson",
she grooved along, clapped her hands high and cheered him on.
There were lots of good performances... the show was a fun mix of
movies and music. A leather-clad Fergie became a Bond girl performing
an edgy "Live and Let Die," while Josh Duhamel watched from the
audience.
The crowd went INSANE for Chris Brown who channeled Elvis for
"Jailhouse Rock," one of the best moments of the night. Trying to do
her best Marilyn Monroe - Pussycat Dolls Nicole Scherzinger performing
"Diamonds are A Girl's Best Friend." Weā??re told she had three million
bucks worth of diamonds on, but that couldn't make up for the fact that
her performance was the weakest of the night in my opinion.
